 During the week, Smithville UMC is the home of  a community school called Liberty Prepatory Academy.  

ANNUAL SMITHVILLE UMC RUMMAGE SALE

Each year on the last Saturday of April from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Smithville UMC, in conjunction with the Smithville Rummage Sale, sets up their own Rummage Sale, in our Family Life Center, to raise money for MISSIONS. 

LOCAL MISSIONS SUPPORTED

Berea Children's Home, Ray & Lisa Caldwell, Education Grant Fund, Green Local Breakaway, Green Ministerial Association Ministries, Guidestone, Habitat for Humanity, Open M, People-to-People, Wayne County Pregnancy Care Center, United Methodist Shared Ministry 

CRUISIN' IN THE 'VILLE

In the Heart of Wayne County

Every July (date varies) from 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m., Smithville UMC hosts an Annual Cruisin' in the 'Ville Car Show.  Along with the restored vehicles they have food, baked goods, door prizes, music and a Silent Themed Basket Auction.  Alot of  FUN for the WHOLE FAMILY!  All money raised at this event goes to MISSONS!
